Calls

Every call answered, logged, and summarized on the customer record, including the ones your agent takes at 9 PM.

The system look: this is the Calls module as it runs inside a company workspace, shown with a fictional roofing company and sample data.

How Calls works on a real job

  1. 1

    No call rings out

During hours your crew answers. After hours, on the truck, or mid-job, your agent answers in your company's name and works the call like a trained intake person.

  2. 2

    The call becomes a record

Caller details, the job, and the outcome are captured as a lead or added to the existing record. A summary is written where the whole crew can read it.

  3. 3

    Missed calls text back instantly

If a call still slips through, an automatic text goes out in under a minute and the conversation continues in Messages.

  4. 4

    Booking happens on the call

The agent books the estimate onto your calendar during the call, inside your booking rules, and the confirmation goes out before the caller hangs up.

What setup takes

You provide your real business numbers and your answering rules: hours, who takes what, when the agent should hand off. We connect the numbers to your workspace, train the agent on your vault, and run test calls at every hour band before launch.
